Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey that not only embraces the wisdom of SmartFLOW Yoga but also integrates modern biomechanics to promote healthy aging and longevity? Annie and Brenna Barzenick, PT, DPT join forces to explore and integrate modern Biomechanics with the Movement Principles of SmartFlow Yoga.

This workshop explores 7 fundamental movement patterns that are necessary for functional independence with aging. We've designed what we believe to be critical and essential yoga practices, using SmartFLOW methodology, to empower your practice for a lifetime of good health and well-being. Our course will empower you in your practice, and in daily life and build essential knowledge, intention and skills for longevity.

As in all SmartFLOW workshops, our days will combine morning practices with afternoon labs. In the practices, you will experience and embody the day’s intention, with each day’s pair of biomechanical forces as focus and inspiration. Afternoons will break-down the alignment including both strength and mobility needs, as we integrate these into our beloved Yoga Asana. Theory, anatomy, propping and modifications as well as time for questions will complete each day.

This weekend is open to all who are committed to living long and happy, healthy lives. Teachers may be especially interested and will receive 25 hours towards the Advanced SmartFLOW Training or CEUs for Yoga Alliance.
