If you are on a recovery journey and want to feel more ease and freedom in your body, join us to…
Understand why your body is the missing link to sustainable change
Build capacity to navigate your emotions with confidence and compassion
Reclaim personal agency in your body and experience freedom from unwanted behaviors
Learn practical somatic tools to self-regulate and soothe discomfort naturally
Receive support and co-regulate with like-minded community
We recognize all forms of addiction when we use the term “in recovery,” and intend for these groups to be fully inclusive. As long as you are interested in reconnecting with and deepening connection to your body, we would love to have you.
Every group will follow the same rhythm of peer support and process time, along with guided somatic practice and reflection. This is a trauma-informed, relaxed space to share and relate with each other, and ourselves, in new ways.
Whether you’ve been in recovery for years, months, days, or are debating whether sobriety is right for you, you are welcome!
“Once you start approaching your body with curiosity rather than with fear, everything shifts.” — Bessel van der Kolk

Discover more ease in your body and life by mapping the experience of your inner landscape. The imagination is a tool to tune into your personal tides, weather patterns, and inner terrain. Playing with imaginative mapping in movement, breath, and being is a potent way to explore embodiment.
We’ll begin by learning the route of the Katonah Yoga magic square and use it as a framework to orient yourself in time and space. We’ll then embody the map by moving through playful shapes, changing the angle of various asanas to shift perspective, and celebrate communal support with hands-on adjustments. With the resonance of the map and new space accessed, we’ll round out practice with breath— both dynamic and subtle.
Come curious and be ready to play together. Leave with a new way to inhabit your own unique and ever evolving experience of being alive.
Space is limited so sign up early.

Yoga for Incontinence: Finding Pelvic Floor Strength and Stability
Urinary incontinence affects millions of Americans—roughly one in four people—yet it’s rarely talked about openly. Beyond the physical symptoms, it can influence how we live, move, and connect with others. Many end up mapping their days around restroom access, cutting back on favorite activities, or carrying an undercurrent of stress and self-consciousness.
Yoga can help change that. In this interactive livestream series, yoga therapist and pelvic floor specialist Leslie Howard shares proven, practical yoga approaches for improving pelvic floor health—techniques informed by clinical research and years of experience.
Why the Pelvic Floor Matters? The pelvic floor is more than just a set of muscles—it’s a vital part of your core that works in harmony with your abdominal, back, and breathing muscles. It helps keep you stable, supports your organs, and plays a central role in bladder control. While many people are familiar with Kegel exercises, yoga offers a broader, whole-body approach that addresses strength, flexibility, and coordination together.
Leslie’s teaching draws on the protocol she developed for a University of California, San Francisco study that produced remarkable results: on average, participants experienced a 70% drop in leakage episodes. These findings highlight what yoga can offer as a safe, accessible, and highly effective way to support pelvic health.
In This Course, You’ll Discover:
Targeted yoga practices that strengthen and restore balance to the pelvic floor
How the pelvic floor integrates with the rest of your core system
Foundations for healthy, supportive movement patterns
Strategies to improve bladder control and reduce leakage
Ways to enhance whole-body stability and strength through mindful practice
