Breathwork & Yoga Nidra: Pathways to Inner Stillness

Thursday, September 24th

5:00 - 6:15 PM

with Lauri Bunting

In Person

In this workshop, Breathwork and Yoga Nidra guide you along a progressive pathway into inner stillness, where the nervous system settles, awareness turns inward, and the body moves into rest and recovery mode.

The practice begins with guided breathwork to calm the mind, release physical and emotional tension, and clear stagnant energy. From this grounded state, you will be guided through the meditative journey of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra refers to the practice as well as to a unique state of deep restorative rest with a thread of awareness. Here, long-held fatigue and tension begin to dissolve, the nervous system recalibrates, emotions are integrated, energy is renewed, and the mind returns to its innate stillness. As awareness deepens, we reconnect with the inherent wisdom that arises from the deeper ground of our being.

This workshop offers an opportunity to step away from outer demands and enter an inner sanctuary where renewal, balance, and stillness abide.
