A brain-forward approach to working with chronic pain, mobility, and healthy aging
Most yogis have a great understanding of the body. Yet, few know how the visual system influences your movement!
In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how the nervous system functions, the three ways the nervous system keeps you safe, and how the brain is the epicenter of your movement. Join Diana to explore easy, gentle and practical ways to work with your visual system. Part lecture and part practice, you will leave feeling uplifted, lighter, have better mobility, and have tangible tools you can take with you to support your system.
