Myofascial Rolling works similarly to massage and yet is a technique like

none other. With the use of yoga therapy balls you can roll out tightness and

tension, break down scar tissue, increase blood flow, and support down

-regulation of your nervous system.

This work is necessary and until recently was rather unchartered.

You do not have to be a yoga practitioner to join.
