In Person

We all know how much better life feels after a good night’s sleep. When we’re well rested, we have more energy, more patience, and just feel more like ourselves. But when sleep is hard to come by in this spiraling world, everything can feel a little harder and stress builds.

The good news? We can learn how to create the conditions for better rest.

Join Margi Young for a 2-hour Yoga for Sleep workshop Sunday afternoon, November 8th, designed to help you slow down, release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to rest.

Rather than trying to force yourself to sleep, you’ll explore simple, practical practices that help shift you out of stress mode and into a calmer, more restful state. We will also touch on the science of sleep and best practices for quieting in the evening and waking in the morning.

During the workshop, Margi will guide you through:

✨ Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress

✨ Gentle movement to release physical tension and help you unwind

✨ Restorative yoga to support deep relaxation and rest

✨ A plan for before you go to bed, and the morning to set circadian rhythms.

✨ Easy take-home tools you can use whenever you need help slowing down and preparing for sleep

Whether you have trouble falling asleep, wake up during the night, wake feeling exhausted, or simply want to improve the quality of your rest, this workshop is for you.
