A Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga Workshop

This workshop is a must for anyone who wants to better understand their body,

release deeply held tension, and develop practical tools for greater ease.

No yoga experience is necessary—only a willing and curious spirit.

Using yoga therapy balls, you will learn targeted myofascial release techniques designed to identify your body’s “blind spots”: areas that may be overused, underused, or misused—and may contribute to pain, restriction, or injury.

Over two plus carefully curated hours, we will combine therapeutic rolling with the quiet, sustained practice of yin yoga. Together, these practices can help:

Release muscular and fascial tension

Reduce stress and calm the nervous system

Improve mobility and range of motion

Increase body awareness

Support your body’s natural capacity for healing

We will focus on some of the tightest and most commonly restricted areas of the body, including the hips, legs, and shoulders.

This powerful combination can reveal patterns you may not have recognized before—helping you understand where you hold tension, how your body compensates, and what it needs to move with greater freedom.

You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and equipped with simple techniques you can continue using at home.
