Discover how to confidently and safely incorporate wall ropes into your yoga teaching. This teacher training is designed for yoga instructors who want to deepen their understanding of rope wall practice and learn how to use this versatile prop to support alignment, build strength, increase mobility, and create accessibility for a wide range of students.
In this training, you'll explore foundational rope techniques, proper setup and safety, effective verbal cueing, hands-on teaching strategies, and intelligent sequencing. You'll learn how ropes can enhance standing poses, inversions, backbends, forward folds, twists, and restorative postures while offering students both support and challenge.
This training is ideal for certified yoga teachers, trainees, and experienced practitioners interested in expanding their teaching repertoire. Whether you're new to rope yoga or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with practical tools, creative class ideas, and the confidence to integrate rope work into your offerings.
A 200-hour yoga teacher certification is recommended but not required. Familiarity with foundational yoga postures is encouraged; prior rope yoga experience is not required.
