Discover how to confidently and safely incorporate wall ropes into your yoga teaching. This workshop is designed for students and teachers who want to deepen their understanding of rope wall practice and learn how to use this versatile prop to support alignment, build strength, increase mobility, and create accessibility for themselves and a wide range of students.

In this workshop, you'll explore foundational rope techniques, proper setup and safety, effective verbal cueing, hands-on teaching strategies, and intelligent sequencing. You'll learn how ropes can enhance standing poses, inversions, backbends, forward folds, twists, and restorative postures while offering both support and challenge.

This workshop is ideal for yoga teachers, trainees, and experienced practitioners interested in expanding their teaching repertoire. Whether you're new to rope yoga or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with practical tools, creative class ideas, and the confidence to integrate rope work into your offerings.

A yoga teacher certification is recommended but not required. Familiarity with foundational yoga postures is encouraged; prior rope yoga experience is not needed.
